Since Culture to Perform was launched 2 and a half years ago, we have been lucky enough to work with an amazing group of people. I want to personally thank you for your support as you have been a key part of shaping our success so far.
We have assisted many organisations in improving their performance by aligning team culture, enhancing individual capabilities and continually developing individuals and leaders. This journey has reinforced our view that the combination of our services, tools and solutions genuinely helps people to measure, understand and improve their team’s and, ultimately, their organisation’s performance.
We now want to recognise that, in our development, it is time for a gear change, a step up, a quest for excellence. In fact, it is time for us to Transcend …

In order to reflect the changes within the business, Culture to Perform is fully rebranding to Transcend. The new brand identity reflects our commitment to provide the very best HR solutions to help our clients exceed expectations.
Our tagline ‘Shaping a culture to excel’ illustrates that that we believe culture is at the heart of every organisation and with the right strategy in place this will create excellence. We retain the essence of the previous Culture to Perform service offerings, but important additions have been made to reflect the new direction.
Over the coming weeks, everything will transition across to the new name. However, we recognise that continuity is important, so all telephone contact details will remain the same and old culturetoperform.com emails will still work. If you use our online tools in your organisation, the way in which you and your colleagues access them will remain the same and old contact details for the support team will continue to work.
We are what you have helped to make us and you have played an enormous part in our achievements… thanks for helping us to Transcend, we look forward to working with you for many years to come…
